Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze data for potential business expansion
  • Identify specific business opportunities and influence stakeholders to support business projects
  • Assist with project management for selected projects and coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes
  • Test business processes and recommend improvements
  • Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents
  • Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to understand business performance
  • Analyze process issues and bottlenecks and to make improvements
  • Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with product manager on roadmap planning and prioritization
  • To have knowledge about the solutions offered in Microsoft technology (Microsoft Dynamics Nav, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Trainings and certifications as a business analyst for different systems
  • Proficient in English and Italian language and have very good communication skills

Requirements for the candidate:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Economics or fields related
  • Have at least 1 year of work experience in a similar profile.
  • To be very cooperative and with very good communication skills.
  • Have very good analytical and detail-oriented skills.
  • To have very good organizational skills.
  • To have the ability to adapt to work according to priorities.
  • Be flexible to organizational changes.
  • Very good knowledge of the English language.
