Senior Engineer / Collaboration

Duties and Responsibilities:

Implements technical solutions on time and within the approved budget, being able to engage in all phases of the project.
Actively participates in the preparation and documentation of the functional and technical requirements of the projects and their technical specifications, cooperating with the employees of other technical teams if necessary.
Identifies project/service development risks and reports them to the Technical Team Leader and the Project Manager.
Designs/creates technical specifications for projects with enterprise clients according to business needs and requirements, considering complexity, as well as cooperation with third parties.

University Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or similar fields.
Over 5 years of work experience in this profile
Advanced knowledge in Networking
General knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
Good knowledge in “networking” and “Core Internet Protocols” such as: TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP and routing in distributed networks
Experience in “Unified Communication” technologies (SIP, SCCP, MGCP, H323, T38, Cisco Voice Gateways)
Knowledge of Cisco solutions such as (CUCM, Unity Connection, IM & Presence, Unified Contact Center Express, Cisco Expressway, Cisco Jabber)
Experience in the configuration and troubleshooting of SBC’s (Session Border Controllers)/ CUBE (Cisco Unified Border Element)
Have knowledge of the integration of solutions with Microsoft AD, Exchange (Lync/Skype for business)
CCNA Collaboration or CCNP Collaboration certifications
Proficient in English and good communication skills
